Simple stamping die
A single die is an open die, which means that only one process of punching or blanking is completed in one stamping. Single die according to its guiding mode can be divided into:
(1) No guide single die, characterized by simple structure, light weight, small size, easy mold manufacturing, low cost, but the use of installation trouble, low die life, stamping parts poor accuracy, operation is not safe. The unguided single die is suitable for stamping parts with low precision and simple shape.
(2) Guide type single die, high precision, long life, the use of installation frame, safe operation, but the manufacturing is more complex. It is generally suitable for workpieces with simple shape and small size.
(3) The guide post type single die, because the die is accurate and reliable, can ensure the uniform stamping gap, the stamping workpiece accuracy is high, the die service life is long, and the installation and use of the punch is convenient, so the guide post type single die is a widely used punching die, suitable for mass production.
Continuous stamping die
The definition of continuous stamping die: according to a certain sequence of procedures, punching is completed at different positions of the die, also known as progressive die or skip die. The positioning principle of continuous stamping die can be divided into: guide pin positioning principle, side edge spacing principle, because the number of continuous die stations is more, so with continuous die punching parts, it is necessary to solve the accurate positioning problem of strip material or belt material to ensure the quality of stamping parts.
Composite stamping die
The definition of composite stamping die: a stamping die that completes both the inner hole and the upper process of the shape at the same station of the stamping die. Composite stamping die according to the structure can be divided into: formal composite die, flip composite die, the characteristics are: production efficiency doubled; Improve the quality of stamping parts; High requirement for mold manufacturing precision.
